Sunday, October 28, 2 pm - DGA Theatre 3
presented by Water's Edge Communications
Many of us have the experience of being relentlessly focused on writing the script, raising the money, finding the cast, hiring the crew and, by sheer will power, making our vision concrete, ready for audiences to embrace. .. only to wake up exhausted with no real plan about how to get your product into the market place. If you build it, will they come... short of hanging a sheet in the garage?
Even experienced filmmakers have little working knowledge of the ins and outs (or costs) of finding the right partners to carry your vision (and your investors gamble) into commercial waters.
Our panel will help chart those waters with hard won experience and expertise, giving everyone in attendance extra insight to successfully complete the harrowing path to a paying audience. So you can do it all again!

Ricki G. Maslar, Indpendent Producer
Ricki is a successful casting director, manager, and producer with over thirty years of experience in the entertainment industry. As a casting director, Maslar has had the opportunity to work on a myriad of studio and independent features, including Twister, Tuskegee Airmen, Brother to Brother, and Dahmer.
